October list published
102 companies: 34 priority one and 68 priority two, with 530 signals and 128 people. New this month: Moonabeck Resources, which said drilling would start soon, and Zellaby Rare Earths, which said drilling would start soon. Moved up: Karrowie Nickel, which said drilling would start soon since the last list. Left the list: one explorer that finished drilling and has no more planned.

Notes from the October review call
What we agreed: keep companies that only drill overseas, lift juniors that raised money for drilling, and lower a company with under six months of cash.
